Hi, I am Nicole

I help women at every stage of life — from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to building strength, improving posture, and staying mobile through menopause and beyond. My approach combines strength training, core stability, mobility, fascia release, and mindset coaching to create lasting results.

I have a special interest in supporting pregnant and postpartum women, who are too often given the same generic advice as everyone else. The female body is incredibly resilient, but during these times it needs care and love — not drastic diets, punishing workouts, or an all-or-nothing mindset. My goal is to guide you safely, effectively, and with compassion, so you can feel stronger, more confident, and more energised, no matter your starting point.

What I offer

  • 1:1 Personal Training (In-Studio)

    Perfect for women who are new to exercise, need more support, or simply prefer in-person guidance. You’ll get focused 1-1 time, hands-on coaching, and the reassurance that every move is done safely and effectively.

    Each session lasts 60 mins.

    Location: Private Studio in Kensington, London.

  • 1:1 Online Training (Live Sessions)

    For women who can’t make it to the studio — whether you live further away, abroad, or just prefer training at home. These live video sessions give you the same personal attention, coaching, and accountability as in-studio training, but with the flexibility to train wherever you are.

    Each session lasts 60 min.

    Location: Zoom Meeting

  • Body Transformation

    This 12-week programme is designed for women who want to lose 5kg or more — and keep it off.
    It blends personal training sessions in person with online coaching for nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle support.
    The result? A complete approach that doesn’t just get you results, but helps you maintain them for life.

Who I am

I’m Nicole Ross, a certified Personal Trainer based in West London, passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and vibrant at every stage of life — from pregnancy and postpartum to menopause and beyond.

My journey began as a competing athlete and later as a fashion model, where I discovered my love for fitness and health. Personal experiences with injuries and health challenges inspired me to deepen my knowledge of anatomy and holistic health, so I could better understand how the body moves, heals, and thrives. Over the years, I’ve researched and applied evidence-based methods that go beyond exercise alone, combining strength training, core stability, mobility, fascia release, nutrition, and mindset. I understand how frustrating it can feel when your body doesn’t move or respond the way you want it to — and that’s why I focus on guiding women with empathy, personalised support, and strategies that truly work for their lives.

I believe true results start from the inside. My goal isn’t just to improve your physical appearance — it’s to help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your strength, build lasting wellbeing, resilience, and confidence in your everyday life. Whether your focus is core and pelvic floor recovery, better posture, getting stronger and more defined, or simply feeling fitter and more energised, I’ll guide you with safe, effective, and personalised training.
